ArkHire AI is operated by SecureArk Technologies. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SecureArk Technologies.

2. Description of Service

ArkHire AI provides an AI-powered resume building platform that includes:

• Resume creation and editing tools
• AI-generated content suggestions
• Professional resume templates
• Resume download in PDF and DOCX formats
• LinkedIn profile optimization tools

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

All payments are processed securely through PayU. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Subscriptions: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used any Pro features.
• One-time Downloads: Non-refundable once the download is initiated.
• Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing service use, contact support for a resolution or refund.

To request a refund, email us at support@secureark.in with your transaction ID.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• Auto-renewal will be disabled
• Your account reverts to the Free plan after expiry
• Your data (resumes) will be preserved

7. AI-Generated Content

Our AI features provide suggestions to help you create resumes. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for guidance only
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content
• We do not guarantee employment outcomes
• AI suggestions should be verified for accuracy

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the personal information and content you provide. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process your content to provide the Service.

Our Content: ArkHire AI, our templates, AI models, and platform design are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

10. Limitation of Liability

ArkHire AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business opportunities
• Actions taken based on AI-generated content
• Third-party services or links

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
